This role is for a Senior Workplace Associate at The Trade Desk, a global technology company in digital advertising. The primary responsibilities include supporting daily office operations, providing a positive and safe workplace experience, managing invoices, coordinating building access, addressing maintenance issues, and assisting with internal events and onboarding. The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and a proactive attitude. It is not an AI/ML-focused role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working under the direct supervision of your onsite manager, act as a primary point of contact for the office and assist with daily operational workplace requirements.
  2. Engage with employees at all levels of the organization to get the “pulse of the culture” within the workplace while providing a positive employee and guest experience for all.
  3. Cover and support reception when required.
  4. Support projects.
  5. Process invoices with accountability.
