This role is for a Senior Workplace Associate responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, providing a positive and productive workplace experience, and acting as a cultural ambassador. Responsibilities include managing office services, assisting with employee onboarding, organizing events, and ensuring building safety and security.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working under the direct supervision of your onsite manager, act as a primary point of contact for the office and assist with daily operational workplace requirements.
  2. Engage with employees at all levels of the organization to get the “pulse of the culture” within the workplace while providing a positive employee and guest experience for all.
  3. Cover and support reception when required.
  4. Support projects.
  5. Process invoices with accountability.

Skills

Required

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office or professional work environment.
  • Genuine interest in providing an outstanding level of service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both large and small groups.
  • Confident with public speaking, presenting to large groups of people.
  • Proactive attitude
  • Full knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Experience within tech sector a plus.
  • Creative/ marketing experience advantageous.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
