This role focuses on bringing YouTube products to market and driving their adoption among partners and creators. It involves developing go-to-market strategies, identifying activation opportunities, ensuring launch readiness, and providing market feedback to product teams. The specialist will leverage expertise in creative solutions, brand building, and creative thinking to enable YouTube+ growth and identify opportunities for clients and Google. Key responsibilities include diagnosing creative health, building data-driven pitches, understanding creative product solutions (including GenAI), driving adoption of third-party creative tech partners, and managing client-partner projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Diagnose creative health opportunities across client media, including asset variety and ad quality.
  2. Build and deliver data-driven pitches that demonstrate the value of creative optimization, driving advertisers to adopt best practices, and use creative product solutions.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of our full suite of creative product solutions, including first-party ads tools in Google Ads and GMP, GenAI consumer applications, Cloud GenMedia, gTech offerings and third-party creative tech partners.
  4. Drive the adoption of third-party creative technology partners across priority customers to establish long-term, sustainable creative habits. Identify priority customers for activation and match customers with priority partners to inform pitches based on customer creative advancement opportunities.
  5. Monitor and track client-partner projects to ensure they remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver on KPIs.

Skills

Required

  • 5 years of experience in media production, digital ad operations, creative agency operations, or performance media.
  • 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for executive audience.
  • 5 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently in order to support the clients in this region.

Nice to have

  • 10 years of experience in creative media.
  • Experience with project management, involving the delivery of high profile projects, with the ability to operate and drive clarity in a fast moving and sometimes ambiguous space, and to navigate large, complicated organizations.
  • Experience in Google and YouTube’s ad solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
  • Experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
  • Experience in executing successful go-to-market plans related to creative, partners, or AI solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with executive audiences.
