What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Business Unit as the Program Manager for Sentinel Restructure.
  2. Owning the Business Unit programmatic execution to include program integration within the Business Unit, Suppliers, Customers and other Stakeholders as necessary.
  3. Detect, triage and mitigate early stage incidents that could become schedule, cost, and blockers.
  4. Assemble and lead cross functional teams to develop an Integrated Master Schedule (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Test, Software).
  5. Produce rapid, data driven recommendations and coordinate them with executive sponsors for rapid resolution.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or Master's degree and 6 years of related experience
  • US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years and Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR).
  • Experience as an EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM)

  • 2+ years of related experience working on the Sentinel program in various positions.
  • Proven leader; problem solver; strong work ethic; excellent communications and interpersonal skills for close work with teammates, stakeholders and customers.
  • 3+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal.
  • Ability to brief Segment, Program and Customer leadership.
  • Experience working across multiple functional organizations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Northrop Grumman build execution, processes, procedures, tools and metrics.
  • Experience with ICBM programs.
  • Familiarization with program proposals.
  • Experience with complex system development on large programs.
  • Active TS clearance
