Northrop Grumman Defense Systems has an opening for a **Command Systems Restructure Program Manager 3 **to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and support the Sentinel Program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
**What You’ll Get To Do: **
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
• Lead the Business Unit as the Program Manager for Sentinel Restructure.
• Owning the Business Unit programmatic execution to include program integration within the Business Unit, Suppliers, Customers and other Stakeholders as necessary.
• Detect, triage and mitigate early stage incidents that could become schedule, cost, and blockers.
• Assemble and lead cross functional teams to develop an Integrated Master Schedule (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Test, Software).
• Produce rapid, data driven recommendations and coordinate them with executive sponsors for rapid resolution.
• Ensure program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated and have what they need for success.
• Development and adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Conducting thorough risk & opportunity identification and management practices.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or Master's degree and 6 years of related experience
- Managing people preferred
- US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years and Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR).
- Experience as an EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- 2+ years of related experience working on the Sentinel program in various positions.
- Proven leader; problem solver; strong work ethic; excellent communications and interpersonal skills for close work with teammates, stakeholders and customers.
- 3+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to brief Segment, Program and Customer leadership.
- Experience working across multiple functional organizations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.).
- Familiarity with Northrop Grumman build execution, processes, procedures, tools and metrics.
- Experience with ICBM programs.
- Familiarization with program proposals.
- Experience with complex system development on large programs.
- Active TS clearance
Primary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $250,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
