Skills

Required

  • STEM field Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of experience (or Master's Degree + 6 years)
  • US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance
  • Eligible for Enhanced Security Clearances (SAP) and DoD Top Secret clearance
  • 1 year of demonstrated leadership skills
  • 1 year of experience leading a project/driving performance in Electrical Design
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Electrical Hardware design, Cable-Harness design, and wire schematic development
  • Working experience with designing cables to IPC/WHMA-A-620
  • Familiar with Siemens Mentor Graphics Capital cable design tool or equivalent
  • Experience CAD skills with experience developing wire diagrams or electrical schematics

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Systems Engineering
  • 1+ years Cost Account Manager and Program Scheduling experience
  • Electrical requirement verification experience
  • Integration and Test development/execution experience
  • Experience with Siemens Mentor Graphics Capital cable design tool or equivalent
  • Experience leading TEMPEST or EMI efforts with integrated product teams (IPTs)
  • Strong CAD skills with experience developing wire diagrams or electrical schematics
  • Experience designing, analyzing, and developing a power budget for an electrical power system of a military / aerospace system
  • Experience developing multi discipline system architecture for a military / aerospace system
