This role manages a team of Material Process Engineers for the Sentinel program, focusing on COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) part integration, supplier evaluation, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with various engineering standards and program requirements within a defense context. The role involves team leadership, performance management, and technical oversight of COTS component selection and integration.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or Master's Degree in STEM with 6 years of experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience with COTS part management
  • Experience with systems engineering
  • Ability to obtain and sustain a Secret Security Clearance
