What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts
  2. Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design
  3. Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model
  4. Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical)
  5. Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis

Skills

Required

  • US Citizen
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • Special Access Program (SAP) approval
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • 5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree (Principal) or 8 years (Sr. Principal)
  • Requirements management/analysis/allocations
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDRAW experience
  • ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems experience
  • Command & Control (C2), physical security, cybersecurity, Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) systems / processes, communications systems, facility design, military aerospace development experience

  • 1+ years of experience developing or reviewing requirements within DOORS or similar tool
  • 1+ year experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities
  • 1+ year experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation
