Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer for the Sentinel Program in Huntsville, AL. The role involves supporting the full systems-engineering life cycle, including requirements definition, allocation, traceability, functional decomposition, interface definition, and verification. The engineer will develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture and contribute to requirements development and management. A Secret security clearance is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop rigorous and proper systems engineering and design artifacts.
  2. Use case development, requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirements traceability, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification.
  3. Work with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature WS design of a large program.
  4. Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model.
  5. Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
