This role is for a Sr. Principal Program Control Material EV Analyst at Northrop Grumman, supporting the Sentinel program. The primary responsibilities involve setting up, monitoring, and controlling costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control systems. This includes performing financial analyses, preparing budgets and schedules, conducting schedule risk assessments, ensuring funding availability, managing material high value/critical assessments, driving EAC and CEAC updates, and providing guidance on material management and EVMS processes. The role requires experience with EVMS software, Earned Value Management principles in an Aerospace & Defense environment, and managing project costs using WBS.

What you'd actually do

  1. Setting up cost control system, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
  2. Performing analysis and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
  3. Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing and/or assisting in financial analyses
  4. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
  5. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
