  2. Establishing a program organization that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizations
  3. Working collaboratively with cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost (including affordability), schedule and technical performance objectives
  4. Measuring and reporting program performance
  5. Identification, distribution, tracking, and completion of program requirements

Skills

Required

  • STEM Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience or Master's with 6 years of related experience
  • Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access

Nice to have

  • Advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical fields.
  • Program management experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager, developing and overseeing tradeoffs of requirements, design, performance, cost, and schedule to address affordability constraints
  • Minimum of five years in leading teams, people and projects
  • Success as a leader of large technical organization
  • Experience managing teams in design integration, liaison engineering, stress/fracture critical engineering/analysis, standard parts and ECAD/MCAD Librarians
  • Experience building relationships with customers and employees.

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
