Postman is seeking an SEO Manager to drive pipeline growth and revenue through organic search and answer engine optimization. This role focuses on connecting organic discovery to product-led and sales-led growth, owning how Postman is found across traditional and AI-powered search engines. The manager will develop and execute SEO/AEO strategies, prioritize content based on buyer intent and pipeline potential, and stay ahead of evolving search landscapes including AI-generated answers. Collaboration with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams is key, as is owning the connection between organic traffic and revenue outcomes. Technical SEO execution, audience understanding, and performance accountability tied to pipeline contribution and revenue impact are also core responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 6-10+ years in SEO/organic growth in B2B SaaS, a proven track record of connecting organic search to pipeline/revenue, and familiarity with AEO, AI search surfaces, and LLMs.
