The SEO Manager will drive organic discovery for Adobe's generative AI product, Firefly. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy, integrating SEO requirements into product development, and analyzing performance to ensure visibility and adoption at scale.

What you'd actually do

  1. Take charge of and develop the SEO approach and plan for Adobe Firefly, including prioritization across feature pages, workflows, and evergreen growth initiatives.
  2. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to integrate SEO requirements into page templates, feature launches, and platform decisions.
  3. Drive the strategy and optimization of Firefly’s feature page ecosystem, including internal linking frameworks and scalable content systems.
  4. Own SEO mentorship for product and feature launches, ensuring discoverability is built in from the beginning.
  5. Define and maintain Firefly’s keyword universe, topic taxonomy, and demand mapping, aligned to customer intent and product priorities.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of SEO experience
  • Strong foundation in content systems and workflows
  • Proven experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Development, and Marketing teams
  • Experience defining and accomplishing SEO strategies in fast paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Technical SEO expertise

Nice to have

  • Experience working on SEO for AI-powered products and adapting strategies for discovery driven by large language models
  • Experience scaling feature-led or product-led SEO programs
  • Familiarity with international SEO considerations and multi-market performance analysis
  • Confidence in influencing senior leadership and being a strong advocate for the SEO program
