The SEO Manager will drive organic growth for Synthesia's AI video platform by managing end-to-end SEO initiatives, focusing on creating high-quality landing pages and user journeys that convert. The role requires an AI-native operator who uses AI tools for automation and experimentation, collaborating with Product, Brand/Design, and Engineering to improve website performance and user experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Managing end-to-end SEO initiatives across on-page, technical, and content — with a particular focus on creating outstanding landing pages and journeys that drive users into product.
  2. You’ll partner closely with Product, Brand/Design, and Engineering to improve UX, conversion, and performance, while using data and experimentation to continuously iterate.
  3. You’ll play a critical role in building the future of Synthesia’s organic growth engine, collaborating with smart, highly motivated peers.
  4. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test bold ideas, and explore how AI and automation are reshaping search optimization.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with strong on-page and technical foundations.
  • Strong UX + CRO instincts, with experience improving website journeys (copy, interaction patterns, information architecture) to increase conversion.
  • AI-native operator. You do the work _in_ Claude or your AI tool of choice. You’re able to automate workflows to ship faster and scale output without sacrificing quality.
  • Track record of shipping high-quality landing pages that combine SEO best practices with product marketing and clear conversion paths into product.
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on website improvements.
  • Skilled in auditing and optimizing localized websites, improving performance and visibility across multi-language and geo-specific markets.
  • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
  • Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking.
