Server Validator & AI Debug Analyst

This role focuses on validating server hardware and debugging issues related to AI and data center products, including EPYC and AMD Instinct. The responsibilities include driving technical innovation in validation, developing tools and scripts, debugging issues across various product phases, designing APIs, assisting test execution, and engaging with software/hardware modeling frameworks. Programming skills in Java or Python are required, along with experience in debug techniques and board/platform-level debug.

What you'd actually do

  1. Driving technical innovation to improve AMD’s capabilities across validation, including tool and script development, technical and procedural methodology enhancement, and various internal and cross-functional technical initiatives
  2. Debugging issues found during the process, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs
  3. Design and develop APIs for integration using either Java or Python language.
  4. Working with multiple teams, assissting test execution to make sure all features are validated and optimized on time
  5. Engaging in other software/hardware modeling frameworks
