Service Cloud Account Executive

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to drive awareness and revenue growth for their Service Cloud application, focusing on sales strategy, customer penetration, and new customer acquisition in specific regions. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to understand customer challenges and evangelize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. The Account Executive role focuses on the Salesforce Service & Support and Call Center Application and the Field Service Management solutions.
  2. The Account executive will formulate and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the Commercial space in the Mediterranean and Eastern European region.
  3. The Service Cloud Co-prime AE will work in good cooperation with the Core Account Executive and the broader account team.
  4. You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
  5. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Service Cloud to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations.

Skills

Required

  • Experience and consistent track record in solution sales within the software industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Fluent English is a must

  • Greek, Turkish or Eastern European language is a plus.
