Service Delivery Management Consultant 1- Support

This role is for a Support Integration Architect at Oracle, focusing on managing client relationships and troubleshooting technical integration issues within Oracle Health products, specifically Cerner Millennium. The role involves developing client domain strategy, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the stability and usability of healthcare solutions. It requires experience in healthcare IT consulting or support and familiarity with Cerner Millennium or similar systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage client relationships and system health, troubleshoot complex technical integration issues with a high degree of variability, and analyze metrics for improvement strategies.
  2. Develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy.
  3. Track and implement standard recommendations for aligned clients to enhance domain health, safety and usability of the Oracle Health products and services.
  4. Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate.
  5. Analyze performance metrics and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies.

Skills

Required

  • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or HCIT or clinical solution work experience

Nice to have

  • At least 2 years of technical or clinical support and/or implementation work experience
  • At least 1+ year of Cerner Millennium experience or completion of the Oracle Health Integration Architect Development Program
  • Experience with CCL and ad hoc investigations
  • Experience with modification to and maintenance of Ops jobs, purge templates and unauthenticated data
  • Experience with change management, and domain strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent experience
