Service Delivery Management Consultant 2- Support

This role is for a Support Integration Architect at Oracle, focusing on managing client relationships and system health within the healthcare technology sector. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical integration issues, analyzing performance metrics, and developing client domain strategies for Oracle Health products. The role requires experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or support, and familiarity with Oracle Health Cerner Millennium applications is preferred. This is not an AI/ML development role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy.
  2. Track and implement standard recommendations for aligned clients to enhance domain health, safety and usability of the Oracle Health products and services.
  3. Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate.
  4. Analyze performance metrics and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies.
  5. Work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility

Skills

Required

  • 2 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or HCIT or clinical solution work experience

Nice to have

  • 2 years of technical or clinical support and/or implementation work experience
  • 1+ year of Cerner Millennium experience or completion of the Oracle Health Integration Architect Development Program
  • Experience with CCL and ad hoc investigations
  • Experience with modification to and maintenance of Ops jobs, purge templates and unauthenticated data
  • Experience with change management, and domain strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent experience
