This role provides first-level technical support and system administration for IT infrastructure supporting classified programs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts, monitoring systems, and documenting incidents. Requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Assist with system provisioning, user account management, and access control in accordance with security policies.
  3. Monitor system performance and maintain system health and security.
  4. Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  5. Collaborate with senior system administrators and cybersecurity teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
