The Service Excellence Operations Analyst will provide analytical and operational support to the Service Excellence team, ensuring process monitoring, information control, administrative coordination, and execution of critical operational tasks for service continuity. This role involves analyzing and monitoring operational indicators, managing databases, coordinating operational requirements, and preparing reports using tools like Salesforce and PowerBI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Análisis y seguimiento de indicadores operacionales.
  2. Control y mantenimiento de bases de datos e información de dotación.
  3. Gestión de creación de usuarios y accesos.
  4. Coordinación de requerimientos operacionales
  5. Elaboración de reportes y seguimiento de planes de acción.
  6. Análisis e integración de datos desde distintas plataformas corporativas, generación de reportes y seguimiento de indicadores operacionales mediante herramientas como Salesforce y PowerBI.

Skills

Required
