Service Product Analytics Team - Quant Analytics Senior Associate

This role focuses on deriving insights from customer journeys and operational data to improve customer and service agent experience. It involves leading partnerships, developing performance metrics, analyzing customer interactions, contributing to business cases and pilot programs, creating dashboards, and leveraging enterprise data for automated solutions. The role requires proficiency in SQL, standard data analytics tools (R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, Sqoop), and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with AWS, data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning, and Cloud technologies like Snowflake is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support and lead partnerships with key Area Product Owners and Product groups with strong understanding of business drivers, underlying data and processes for the demand mitigation programs by providing data and analytics leadership across the servicing organization
  2. Lead development and reporting of Ops performance metrics & KPIs. Use analytical tools such as trend analysis, segmentation, optimization, and other techniques to improve business function performance.
  3. Analyze customer interactions and events across a variety of channels (calls, branch, digital) to better understand customer journeys and friction points
  4. Contribute to business cases, construct test designs, and identify populations for pilot programs; analyze program performance and derive insights to help inform future customer strategies.
  5. Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations to measure the impact of implemented products and provide management with self-service tools to explore and report on current trends of key metrics

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field or Graduate degree in a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, Sqoop)
  • Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodology
  • Hands-on experience writing code and automating processes to source, transform and analyze data from multiple sources including structured and unstructured data preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency, with great presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AWS, data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as Snowflake a plus
