Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Service Solutions Lead for their JJMT Surgery business in India. This role involves owning and managing the service business, including the P&L, developing and executing a growth strategy, and ensuring high capture rates for service offerings. The lead will also focus on improving customer experience through response and repair times, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality control for medical devices, and overseeing incident management to guarantee patient safety. Additionally, the role requires leadership in representing Service on commercial leadership teams, embedding service thinking across the organization, and building/mentoring a high-performing team of technical support engineers and trainers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ownership and accountability for Managing the JJMT Surgery Service business in India including entire Service P&L achieving:
  2. Develops strong Channel Partner & Customer (Service) relationships and serves as the interface between customer and all JJMT Surgery organisation in India
  3. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., TGA in Australia, FDA) and internal quality control processes for medical devices.
  4. Represents Service on the JJMT Surgery India Commercial leadership Team
  5. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of technical support engineers, remote diagnostic specialists, and clinical trainers.
