This role is for a Service & Solutions Manager at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes business in Leeds, UK. The manager will deploy the company's value offering to drive market share with strategic customers, focusing on Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency, Patient Pathway programs, and enabling technology. What you'd actually do

  1. To support the delivery of value deployments in associated accounts in line with DS and customer strategic priorities.
  2. To help uncover and drive business opportunities end to end to maximise DS impact
  3. Be the designated governance lead, to manage relationships with key NHS trusts and private sector organisations deploying value driven programmes for specific clinical and non-clinical outcomes.
  4. Programme and / or workstream lead to act as the “orchestra conductor” within an NHS hospital to ensure resources, contractual commitments and governance is optimised for both the customer and DS.
  5. Partner with commercial colleagues to deliver the Value/S&S strategy for UK.
