Work You’ll Do
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions supporting mission and operational needs across the engagement.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and customize workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities.
- Collaborate with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities.
- Develop integrations and platform enhancements that improve data flow, usability, and reporting across ServiceNow-supported processes.
- Troubleshoot defects, support testing activities, and implement refinements to improve application performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration details, and development artifacts.
- Support platform governance, coding standards, and best practices to promote maintainability, scalability, and security.

Qualifications
Required**:**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 3+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow/configuration, and platform customization.
- Ability to work on-site in Mclean, VA up to 5 days per week
