Servicenow Manager

This role is for a ServiceNow Manager within Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. The manager will lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs, focusing on governance, stakeholder engagement, and team orchestration. The role requires extensive experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including financials, lifecycle implementations, and implementing governance across various modules. Experience with AI capabilities within ServiceNow is preferred but not required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leading end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition, including scope, schedule, budget, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and quality management.
  2. Standing up delivery governance and operating rhythms; driving backlog, sprint, and release planning across IRM, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, and TPRM workstreams in partnership with architects and product owners.
  3. Managing stakeholder engagement and executive communications; facilitating decisions, change control, and status reporting with clear KPIs, value realization, and adoption metrics.
  4. Orchestrating cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore/offshore models; aligning resources and mitigating delivery risks, blockers, and interdependencies.
  5. Overseeing pre-sales through delivery handoff activities, including scoping, estimates, staffing plans, delivery approaches, and transition-to-operations readiness.
