Servicenow - Moveworks Consulting Manager

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead multiple Moveworks engagements across implementation, use case expansion, and platform optimization, including scope, budget, resource, timeline, and risk management
  2. Manage and develop consultants and senior consultants through day-to-day coaching, feedback, and performance oversight
  3. Serve as a primary project-level client contact for stakeholders across Human Resources, Information Technology, and Information Security
  4. Lead workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder reviews to define user journeys, sprint priorities, and configuration decisions for knowledge management, conversational flows, enterprise search, and agentic AI capabilities
  5. Oversee integration planning and solution delivery for Moveworks with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems that support employee service workflows

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience implementing enterprise platforms, such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems, including configuration, application programming interface (API) integrations, testing, and deployment
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management with senior stakeholders at the Director level or above
  • 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and system design for AI-driven employee experiences
  • 3+ years of experience with Moveworks platform configuration, Agent Studio, or similar conversational artificial intelligence platforms
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Security, and platform teams to deliver technical solutions
  • 3+ years of program management experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams
  • 2+ years of experience managing consulting engagements or project tea
