This role is for a Services Account Executive at Microsoft, focused on selling services and solutions that align with customer business goals, including guiding their AI transformation journey. The role involves consultative selling, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable outcomes and accelerate customer innovation and growth using Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions. It requires leading consulting virtual account teams, identifying and selling industry cloud solutions, owning the full sales cycle, and collaborating across customer and partner networks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the consulting virtual account team to bring customer visions to life through consultative selling, active listening, and continuous planning.
  2. Increase Unified penetration through strategic alignment with internal stakeholders and intentional selling.
  3. Identify and sell Industry Cloud solutions that solve customer challenges through co-innovation with partners and Microsoft teams, Including selling the Unified Mission Critical Portfolio and Security Services.
  4. Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure—while driving Cloud consumption through sold projects and programs. Achieving sales targets by Quarter and Full Year.
  5. Leverage digital channels to uncover and develop new business opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Extensive industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector
  • Solid consulting solution and Unified/Support sales experience
  • Fluency in German

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or related field
  • Extensive experience in technology sales experience in the commercial or public sector
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and digital engagement
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer value and business outcomes
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and pre-sales processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft methodologies and Industry Cloud solutions
  • Expertise in Manufacturing Industry
  • French or Italian
