Services Consulting Manager (fin or Patt)

Workday is seeking a Services Consulting Manager to lead a team of consultants implementing Workday's cloud solutions, focusing on Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and/or Finance products. The role involves recruiting, developing, and retaining consultants, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in functional areas like Payroll or Financials, people management, and implementing enterprise software.

What you'd actually do

  1. Energetically recruit, develop, lead, and retain a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday’s Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and/or Finance products.
  2. Promote a team-oriented, ambitious, and innovative work environment while maintaining and continuously improving the consultant onboarding, performance management, and career development process.
  3. Collaborate with Resource Management, Sales, and Engagement Managers to effectively staff engagements and build the skills vital to Workday consultants.
  4. Drive team and individuals to provide the best customer satisfaction in the industry to deliver on customer satisfaction, references, revenue utilization, and margin objectives.
  5. Become knowledgeable in the Workday product, methodology, and customer requirements by actively providing consulting services and working closely with the project teams.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of functional experience (domain experience) with Payroll or Financials
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting teams as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar cloud based applications.
  • Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
