Services Sales Manager - Professional Services

This role is a Services Sales Manager focused on selling F5's consulting, training, and enhanced services to existing customers to maximize their investment and achieve sales quotas. It involves collaborating with account teams, customer stakeholders, and partners to define and execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and address competitive threats. The role requires understanding how technology enables business goals and maintaining strategic customer relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Service Sales is responsible for achieving an assigned sales quota by driving incremental booking growth through cross-selling and upselling F5 consulting, training solutions, and enhanced services to existing customers.
  2. Service Sales may collaborate with Consulting, Client Engagement, and Product Sales account teams, as well as customer stakeholders, to define sales requirements and execute on identified opportunities.
  3. This role focuses on helping customers maximize the value of their purchased products and enhancing their overall investment.
  4. Applies understanding and in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to continue to sell F5 Consulting and Training solutions to existing accounts and maintain strategic customer relationships.
  5. Partners with internal and external teams and channels to develop innovative solutions to enable customers to gain benefits from existing F5 products and to enable new product purchases to achieve the customers business expectations.

Skills

Required

  • Sales experience in the IT industry
  • Business-level or higher English proficiency

Nice to have

  • experience in service sales or renewal sales is a plus
