Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solution Architect to act as the technical backbone for shaping large-scale transformation programs, focusing on their AI CRM and agentic capabilities. The role involves providing deep product and platform expertise, validating technical viability, scalability, and security of proposed solutions, and translating business requirements into technical solution designs during the pre-sales cycle. This is a customer-facing technical advisory role within the professional services organization, ensuring customers lead the AI transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary technical subject matter expert during the pre-sales cycle for complex, transformational engagements.
  2. Provide deep product and platform expertise on Salesforce and its emerging technologies, guiding both customers and internal teams.
  3. Lead the high-level technical solutioning and ensure the proposed architecture is viable and aligns with best practices.
  4. Validate the technical viability, scalability, and security of all proposed solutions, identifying and managing technical risks early.
  5. Clearly define and document the findings, plans, and technical solution designs resulting from POCs and discovery workshops.
