Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Lead for their Public Sector team. This role focuses on enabling public sector customers to transform into Agentic AI Enterprises by partnering with executive stakeholders to design strategic roadmaps and business cases that leverage AI. The role involves driving the pre-sales motion, providing deal support, orchestrating internal subject matter experts, and ensuring solutions are set up for delivery success. The impact is measured by pipeline creation, influencing bookings, and scaling AI-first transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level customers, developing narratives that articulate the execution plan and timeline of the transformation program.
  2. Partner closely with Account Partners to structure the deal’s financial strategy and implementation roadmap, and then co-presenting the value and strategic outcomes directly to the client.
  3. Serve as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Architecture, and Leadership.
  4. Drive Strategic Account Health: Define customer objectives, mitigate delivery risks , and actively apply a disciplined Go/No-Go (GNG) process to ensure we enter the right deals, the right way.
  5. Integrate AI-powered tools to scale velocity and quality.
