Sharepoint System Administrator - Collaborations Operations

This role is responsible for Level 3 support and day-to-day operations of the Enterprise SharePoint Collaboration application platform and other collaboration applications. It involves managing critical application escalations, production changes, and new infrastructure deployments. The role requires extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, PowerShell, monitoring tools, and core infrastructure technologies like Active Directory, SQL, and networking. Responsibilities include executing IT infrastructure processes, managing change, monitoring performance, ensuring security compliance, and facilitating problem resolution. On-call support and major incident triaging are also part of the duties.

What you'd actually do

  1. Executes processes in support of the IT infrastructure and resources required to plan for, develop, deliver and support IT services and products to meet the needs of a business within required SLAs
  2. Prepares for new or changed services, management of the change process and the maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards
  3. Manage and support infrastructure applications and related data repositories on a day to day basis
  4. Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of application services and ensure availability and capacity meet business demand
  5. Apply applicable information security procedures to maintain compliance across infrastructure applications.
