Shift Lead role at DoorDash's DashMart fulfillment center, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, ensuring order accuracy, and leading a team of Operations Associates. What you'd actually do

  1. Be an Owner: Take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  2. Delight Customers: Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and making sure Dasher pickups go smoothly.
  3. Lead: Guide Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team works safely and productively and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  4. One Team One Fight: Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example.
  5. Help improve operations: Contribute ideas to improve our quality and customer experience.

Required

  • Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
  • Ability to be on feet and move heavy products
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and hand truck
  • Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Organized
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Flexibility in schedule

  • College diploma
