Skills

Required

  • Graduate/Post graduate with 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations or a related field
  • Min 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations regulated by agencies like the US-FDA, MHRA, TGA, etc.
  • Strong people management experience, preferably with 2+ years of team management experience
  • Strong Quality and compliance understanding
  • Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated application of process improvement tools
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to mentor and develop direct reports
