Job Description
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for **Shipside Operations Specialists **to support the 777 Line Side Control Center LSCC) team onsite in **Everett, Washington. **
As a Shipside Operations Specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production.
**Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including **Experienced or Senior Shipside Operations Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Provides limited feedback on assessment results
- Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
- Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
- 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills
Typical Education / Experience
**Level 2: **Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
**Level 3: **Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
**Level 4: **Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
