What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions
  2. Build relationships with key internal partners to review territories and identify opportunities for Signature Success
  3. Evangelize Signature Success internally and externally
  4. Collaborate effectively across the organization (including License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery) to resolve customer or sales issues
  5. Willingness to travel up to 25%

Skills

Required

  • Fluent English & Italian
  • 5–7+ years of experience in license or professional services sales within the Public Sector arena
  • Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+)
  • Strong consultative selling skills, connecting customer objectives to solutions and business value
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Self-starter with strong influence skills and resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with proven growth of key accounts
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to have

  • Background in business transformation and technology delivery is a plus
  • Salesforce product knowledge preferred
