This role leads digital and automation capabilities at a manufacturing site, focusing on strategy, portfolio management, operational reliability, and team leadership within a regulated healthcare environment. It involves managing IT/OT systems, ensuring compliance, and driving value through technology investments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a full member of the Site Leadership Team, representing digital and automation interests in site strategy, planning, and performance discussions.
  2. Own the site digital and automation capital and expense portfolios, including investment prioritization, governance, and benefits realization.
  3. Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of site digital and automation systems.
  4. Lead, coach, and develop site digital and automation colleagues and extended contract resources.
  5. Serve as the primary interface between the site and the PGS Network & Automation organization.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management
  • Significant experience leading digital, automation, or technology teams in a manufacturing or regulated environment
  • Demonstrated people-management and stakeholder-influence experience
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT, automation systems, and manufacturing operations

Nice to have

  • Experience operating in a manufacturing site environment with shop-floor exposure
  • Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, global organization
  • Experience driving digital transformation, automation standardization, and operational improvement initiatives
