Site Leader

The Site Leader oversees all aspects of the Pfizer El Jadida facility, including production and supporting functions. This role ensures the site meets its supply commitments, upholds Pfizer's quality and compliance standards, and achieves financial targets. The Site Leader also serves as part of the Local Site Operations Leadership Team, collaborating with leaders from other Pfizer sites to shape and execute the team’s global manufacturing strategy.

  3. Take an active leadership role in representing the site and company within the local community.
  4. Contributes as part of the Local Site Operations leadership team to form, input to, and execute strategies that optimize Pfizer’s global manufacturing network.
  5. Provide support to, and learn from, other sites in the global network to optimize overall performance across the entire network.
