What you'd actually do

  1. Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  2. Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative category creative content
  3. Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives
  4. Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers.
  5. Ability to leverage data to drive decision making

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
