Slack Account Executive - Ksa

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Account Executive for Slack in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving Annual Contract Value (ACV) within enterprise and commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and ensuring customer success with Slack. Responsibilities include understanding customer business needs, managing multiple customer relationships, driving revenue through sales processes, and gathering customer feedback. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in SaaS, with strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive ACV within the Enterprise and Commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and making our customers successful with Slack.
  2. Provide recommendations based on discovery of a customer’s business needs
  3. Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle
  4. Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools
  5. Balance inbound customer communication and advance appropriately
