THE ROLE:
We are a results-driven Central Engineering team delivering System Level Test (SLT) solutions for high-performance computing and visualization products. As technical lead & team manager, you will drive End-to-End SLT solutions from NPI to Sustaining, tackling complex issues related to product performance, cost, quality, and yield while growing & developing the team for efficiency & impact. Collaboration with global Design, Firmware, Diagnostics, Tools, Quality, Validation, and Central teams is essential. The candidate should have experience with CPU, GPU, system architectures, and possess strong people, communication & stakeholder management skills. Test & characterization, Programming & automation/AI assisted skills & experience preferred.

New product introduction & Sustaining:
Product health and cost target attainment
Technical leadership & team management
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Hand on experience in a team management role
- Technical and specialized knowledge in Test, Characterization, Platform Engineering areas such as OS kernel, Driver, BIOS firmware development, Diagnostics or System Debug with semiconductor industry experience in product development for computing/graphics SOCs.
- Demonstrated object-oriented programming experience in scripting and/or programming languages such as python and java
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering
- Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering
