What you’ll be doing:
- Support all SLT NPI manufacturing and engineering activities from bring-up phase through mass production.
- Drive the development of automated testing systems and thermal solutions for System Level Testing.
- Perform NPI test station setup, hardware configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on the design and validation of test equipment.
- Conduct and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collect and analyze manufacturing data to drive yield improvements.
- Provide frontline technical support to the production floor.
- Develop test programs for system- and chip-level debugging and failure analysis.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a semiconductor or electronic manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in test hardware and software development is preferred.
- Proficient in Linux Shell / Python / C / SQL and AI tools
- Hands-on experience with CERO / Allegro or similar engineering drawing software is a plus
