Sm3 Financial Material Program Manager

Program Manager for the Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) team, focusing on financial material management, sales forecasting, payment forecasting, and estimate at completes. Requires experience in financial reporting, supply chain, and program management within a defense context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for Material Sales Forecasting, Prime PBP Forecasting, and Material EACs ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  2. Perform CAM duties, including cost and schedule management, variance analysis, and earned value management for assigned control accounts.
  3. Collaborate with program and customer leadership teams to brief on material status, financial performance, constraints, and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans.
  4. Support the preparation and delivery of timely and compliant quarterly EACs, including risk and opportunity management.
  5. Facilitate supplier engagements and reviews to ensure both financial and performance objectives are achieved.

Skills

Required

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Procurement processes and requirements experience.
  • Experience with Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and/or Strategic Sourcing.

Nice to have

  • Procurement/supplier management experience.
  • Familiarity with Material Sales Forecasting, EACs, and Prime PBP forecasting.
  • Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
  • Experience with CAM responsibility, including cost and schedule management, variance analysis, and earned value management for assigned control accounts.
