岗位职责 Responsibilities
- 参与公司IIoT平台建设：支持关键设备数据接入（PLC、CNC、传感器）与数据治理
- 协助MES系统导入准备与实施（基础数据梳理、业务流程梳理、现场验证）
- 支持AI技术应用
- 参与生产效率改善：基于数据开展瓶颈分析、节拍优化及工艺改进
任职要求 Qualifications
- 本科及以上在读（大三、研一优先），智能制造、自动化、工业工程、计算机相关专业
- 理解制造基本流程（焊接/机加/喷涂/装配/物流优先）
- 具备至少一项技能：数据分析（Excel/SQL/Python/Power BI）、自动化基础（PLC/通讯）、系统基础（MES/ERP认知）
- 具备较强逻辑思维与现场问题分析能力
- 良好的沟通能力，能够适应工厂现场环境
优先条件 Preferred
- 参与过MES、IIoT或数字化工厂项目（课程或实习）
- 有设备联网、数据采集或BI报表经验
- 参与过IE改善或自动化方案实施
可参与的核心业务场景
- 工厂设备联网与数据采集（从硬件到平台）
- MES系统从0到1导入过程（主数据→流程→上线）
- 生产过程可视化（OEE/Andon/报表）
- AI和现有流程的结合应用
