Postman is seeking an SMB Account Executive for the DACH region to manage a territory of accounts, build sales funnels for Postman Enterprise adoption, and drive the full sales cycle from lead to close. The role involves converting inbound leads, executing a land and expand strategy, educating customers on the Enterprise Suite, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a track record of driving sales growth in technical SaaS companies and experience selling developer or technical products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Given a portfolio or group of organizations with the most promising growth opportunities, build a credible funnel for Postman Enterprise adoption
  2. Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
  3. Build a strategic outbound motion for your territory
  4. Convert inbound leads to closed opportunities
  5. Execute a land and expand sales strategy to drive widespread adoption and larger deployments

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience selling developer and/or technical products
  • Relevant sales experience preferably in an Enterprise SaaS organization
  • Successful track record of pipeline generation
  • Able to strategically map out and break into accounts
