Salesforce is seeking an SMB Account Executive focused on acquiring new logos for their AI CRM platform. This role involves prospecting, building pipeline, executing outbound campaigns, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for net-new business. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with a growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for technology and digital transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Relentlessly prospecting into white space accounts to generate robust pipeline and close net-new business.
  2. Building and executing strategic outbound campaigns via multiple channels (cold calling, email, social selling) to uncover untapped opportunities.
  3. Account tiering and greenfield mapping: Researching and understanding customer personas, industry trends, and organizational structures to find a way in.
  4. Managing and overcoming objections from prospects who may be using competitor platforms or legacy systems.
  5. Partnering with internal teams (BDRs, Solution Engineers, Marketing) to craft a compelling point of view and drive deal momentum from first contact to close.
