What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Growth and Adoption: Navigate your portfolio of Enterprise accounts to increase product adoption and uncover new revenue opportunities, ensuring Uber Eats remains their platform of choice.
  2. Master the Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end partner experience, from prospecting new contacts within existing organizations to retaining and scaling high-value business.
  3. Solve the Messy Problems: Identify risks to partnerships early and work diligently to unblock operational friction, managing high-pressure situations with a focus on 100% account retention.
  4. Build Strategic Trust: Earn trust fast with key stakeholders, moving beyond transactional interactions to build long-term, strategic partnerships that survive a changing competitive landscape.
  5. Influence the Roadmap: Act as the voice of the Czech market by collecting and synthesizing partner feedback into actionable insights that shape our global product and business strategy.

Skills

Required

  • Native or business-level fluency in Czech and English
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management
  • Proven ability to frame a value proposition, navigate objections, and gain commitment from stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
