Skills

Required

  • Sales or account management experience of 3+ years in a high-growth company (solution sales experience required)
  • Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and performance indicators
  • Energetic and motivated to improve local communities
  • Fluent Japanese

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Japanese food and beverage industry, or a broad network
  • Understanding of SaaS, internet advertising, and marketplace businesses
  • Project management experience involving cross-functional stakeholders
  • English proficiency (reading and writing) with a desire to improve skills
