This role is for a Sales Director for Microsoft Advertising's SMB business in France and French-speaking territories. What you'd actually do

  1. Own revenue delivery and customer success for Microsoft Advertising’s SMB business in the United States, consistently surpassing quota and driving durable, high‑quality growth.
  2. Set the strategic direction for FR SMB by proactively identifying emerging market opportunities and trends and developing and executing effective territory and market plans; orchestrate cross‑functional alignment and enforce operational accountability with internal teams and delivery partners.
  3. Design and scale impactful FR sales plays and contribute to global sales play development; ensure rapid adoption and measurable business impact across all seller and partner motions.
  4. Lead FR planning and investment strategy, bringing data‑driven recommendations, market insight, and best practices to inform headcount, partner footprint, and growth opportunities.
  5. Steward of the Business; Lead the FR SMB rhythm of business, ensuring world‑class sales rigor, disciplined pipeline management and operational excellence; ensure every decision and customer engagement complies with Microsoft’s values, culture, and Trust code.
