This role focuses on designing, implementing, and operationalizing technical controls for data protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and eDiscovery. It involves configuring and managing DLP solutions, translating data classification frameworks into technical policies, and driving the migration of eDiscovery data and infrastructure. The role also supports eDiscovery operational processes, contributes to data protection impact assessments, enforces data handling standards, and monitors data protection metrics. Scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security control application in complex environments are key technical requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help design, implement and operationalize technical controls across multiple environments (cloud, on-premise, endpoints).
  2. Configure and optimize Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, and provide guidance on best practices.
  3. Translate our enterprise data classification framework into technical labels and policies and ensure consistent application across data stores.
  4. Drive the completion of an eDiscovery data and infrastructure migration, establishing a highly available, secure, and scalable environment.
  5. Work closely with Legal, IT and DevOps to support eDiscovery-related operational processes.
