This role is for a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in the Pico Products Business Unit, responsible for executing market strategies, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, organizing promotional activities, and handling administrative tasks within the healthcare sector. It requires a bachelor's degree, relevant industry experience, and passing specific compliance tests.

What you'd actually do

  1. Efficiently execute market strategies set by the company's marketing department to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  2. Effectively segment target customers for tiered management, arrange appropriate visit frequencies, and ensure accurate product information delivery during visits.
  3. Independently organize academic lectures and support regional meeting/event promotions in accordance with company compliance requirements.
  4. Maintain real-time work-related data to accurately and promptly reflect market status.
  5. Assist the supervisor with tendering and medical insurance affairs, and other tasks assigned by the department within the scope of responsibilities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a bachelor's degree or above, major not limited (special products require pharmaceutical background)
  • 2 years and above relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Pass the MRC test organized by the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment Pharmaceutical Research and Development Industry Committee ("RDPAC") with a score of no less than 80, and complete onboarding training, compliance training and assessment and meet relevant requirements
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and customer management ability
  • Excellent learning and application ability, communication and persuasion ability, project management ability, and business planning and execution ability
  • Not afraid of difficulties, with perseverance to pursue success and excellence, challenging spirit, and teamwork spirit
  • Proficient in using Office and other office software
